First, you put 1 small package of fat free/sugar free instant chocolate pudding, 2 tablespoons peanut butter and 1 pint fat free vanilla frozen yogurt in the bowl of your mixer.
Mix well.
Add *1/2 cup light Cool Whip.
Mix well. The mixture will be pretty thick.
Once it is mixed, you can smear it into a pie pan, toss it into the freezer and call it a day. I decided to put it into silicone muffin liners, so that each portion is roughly the same size.
Snickers Pie
1 pint Vanilla fat free frozen yogurt
1/2 c Light Cool Whip
2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
1 small fat free/sugar free chocolate instant pudding
Mix peanut butter and pudding. Add yogurt and mix well. Add cool whip and mix well. Put into pie pan or silicone liners and freeze. Makes 6 servings, 3 points each.
*Yes, in the picture I am adding 1 cup of cool whip. That is because I live in Mississippi and the only fat free yogurt I could find was 1/2 cup short of 1 pint. Light cool whip is 0 points per serving, so I figured it would be ok.

Yummy! That sounds very decadent for 3 points!
